The  Media Intern will control daily social media content of the company, focusing primarily on interaction with clientele and administration of the social media content calendar.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the creation and fulfilment of social media calendar
• Assist in the gathering and creation of multiple content types for social syndication including photos, videos and graphics
• Assist in monitoring digital and social media channels

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in media, digital, marketing or related field
• Experience working with and understanding of social media platforms, their demographics, analytics, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Ability to capture platform specific content across all channels, with a focus on Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook Stories.
• Experience with social media analytics and running performance reports
• Experience in capturing photo and video content, using both cell phone and digital camera
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premium Pro or similar software)Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, high-pressure, proactive environment
• Flexible to work nights and weekends (when necessary)
