Managing Director

National Tyre Services, a leading listed marketing and retailing company of New Tyres and Vulcanising comprising Vaculug and Retreading, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Managing Director with extensive experience in Sales and Marketing of goods and services.

 

The successful candidate oversees, and implements the strategic direction of the company, which has two factories in Harare and Bulawayo and 14 Branches nationwide. Reporting to the Board, the Managing Director, who will be an Executive Member of the Board, will be responsible for ensuring that targets efficiently and effectively as possible and to execute the development and strategic objectives of the company.

 

The successful candidate should possess the following:
1. Qualification 
a. A relevant Degree and/or
b. Professional qualification’s,
c. MBA/MBL/MSc or equivalent is an added advantage.
d. Registered member of IODZ.

 

2. Experience 
a. At least 10 years in a Senior Management role for a company with minimum annual turnover of $20m
b. Knowledge of the tyre industry is an added advantage.
