Candidate specification: Diploma in Food and Beverages Management/ Hospitality, Knowledge of Fine dining and upmarket restaurants, Familiar with GAAP system, Customer service, Good interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, Food and beverages service and Problem solving skills.
