Business Management and Entrepreneurship (2 Posts)
Applicants must have an earned PhD in the field of Business Management, Business Administration and Entrepreneurship or should be a registered PhD student, and a Master’s Degree In Business Management/Administration or a closely related discipline with a Merit or better.
A good foundation degree in Business Management is a must.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide academic leadership to the Department, initiate, guide and contribute to basic and applied research programmes in the Department as well as leach the following courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level: Business Law/Legal Aspects of Business, Internet law, Agricultural law and Policy, Ethical leadership Solutions, Business Maths and Statistics, Financial Accounting, Business Communication and Public Speaking, Principles of Management, Financial Management for Entrepreneurs, Essentials of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and related courses. In addition, the candidate will be expected to co-ordinate and participate in the supervision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate research students. University teaching experience Is a distinct advantage.
