QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Experience in operational research
• Working experience in operational research
• Must be mature with sober habits and flexible
• IT knowledge : Good knowledge of Windows ; MSF Office , Outlook and Excel
• Minimum of 3yrs working experience in an HIV/DRTB Project
• Good experience in training , mentoring and supervision of laboratory and study staff
• Sound knowledge with regards to conducting research ; sample collection and transport ; data analysis and result feed back systems for the monitoring of HIV positive clients ; clients on ART and presumptive cases of TB and DRTB
• Sound knowledge of quality management in laboratories
• Current registration with relevant body
