Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand across outlets, events, activations, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet staff, influencers, agencies, and partners.
• Ensure product visibility, menu listings, and perfect serve standards in outlets.
• Execute tastings, promotions, activations, and events in line with agreed KPIs.
• Train bartenders, outlet staff, agencies, and influencers on brand standards.
• Manage social media content and support influencer delivery.
• Gather market insights on consumers, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Submit reports and plans on activities, performance, and outcomes.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Brand management experience.
• A clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in the liquor industry will be an added advantage.
