Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT and project management governance frameworks, policies and standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and internal governance requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor IT and digital transformation projects, including ERP and core banking initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality and risks.
- Prepare governance and project reports for Management and Board Committees.
- Coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagements.
- Support digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT or CISA) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in IT governance and/or project management.
- Experience in banking systems, ERP implementations and digital transformation projects.
- Sound knowledge of IT governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
