JOB DESCRIPTION
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Windows Server administration
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Communicating with clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems

• Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
• Responding to technical breakdowns
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Any other IT support duties as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• IT Degree
• CCNA
• VOIP configuration experience
• Knowledge of virtualisation
• CCTV experience
• Hardware and networking skills
• Clean class four drivers licence
