Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the intern posts that have arisen within the Zimbabwe Aids Prevention and Support Organisation (ZAPSO), a Private voluntary organisation centred on various aspects of HIV and AIDS programming. Currently ZAPSO implement the Behaviour Change Programme in five (5) districts of Mashonaland Central Province: Mbire, Centenary, Shamva, Bindura & Mt Darwin.

Responsibilities
Assisting the Programme Support Officer in the dissemination of the national Behaviour Change (BC) Strategy in the district; Advocate with traditional, religious, administrative and other leaders in the district on issues of behavior change promotion; Assisting with administrative support to the setting up of a district behavioral change forum; Support the BC facilitators and the training of community leaders; Assisting in the coordination of district Office’s meetings and workshops.

Qualifications and Experience
Studying towards a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Development studies or any relevant related programme; Computer literacy

Other Attributes
Ability to use Microsoft packages; Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions; Able to work under minimal supervision; Good communication skills
