An exciting career opportunity has arisen within a Leading ICT Company in Zimbabwe for Leading a Team of Cyber Security and ICT Specialists. The role requires an Individual with a sound security background as well as sound understanding of Enterprise Security Systems. Project Management Experience as well as leading teams will be an added Advantage. the successful individual will be enrolled on a 3 Month Development program to assess competency and value matching.

What we expect from you

1. Formulate Information Security strategies that align with business requirements.

2. Develop business case, justification, and budget for new technology implementation.

3. Lead a team of ICT Specialists and Professionals including developers and systems Administrators.

4. Lead Security Project Implementations and Provide Key Technical Insights on issue resolution and direction.

5. Background of Strong IT understanding, gaining insight into digital and platform operating models and Cyber Security Trends and Solutions.

6. Good working knowledge and experience with the implementation and management of information security policies and frameworks within a corporate environment.

7. Management experience working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures.

Qualifications, Skills, and experience required

1. Minimum 4 Years Working Experience in Information Security Department and involvement in Security Project Implementations with Core Role.

2. Experience in an information security or Audit role within the banking and /or financial services sector

3. Experience working in a multi-vendor and outsourced and multi-system IT environment.

4. Strong IT understanding, gaining insight into digital and platform operating models and cyber security trends and solutions.

5. Good working knowledge and experience with the implementation and management of information security policies and frameworks within a corporate environment.

6. Management experience working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures

7. Certifications in any of the listed ITIL, COBIT, CCNA, MCSE, Data Centre management, etc

8. A Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science with 2.1 or better

9. MBA or Current Enrolment in Master Program and Added Advantage

10. Should not be older than 30 Years of Age

11. Project Management Certification and Added Advantage
