Information Communication Technology (IT) Officer 

Job Purpose 
The ICT Officer will provide ICT services, ICT service desk support. ICT security, ICT management systems and daily technical support to users of information management tools and technology infrastructure. S/he will functioning of the Country Office(CO) hardware and software packages, ensure implementation of ICT strategies and introduction/implementation of new technologies, provide web management and administrative services and will ensure facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the CO.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• A degree in Computer Science or IT with relevant certifications in hardware and software management and application.
• Microsoft Certified Professional required. Other higher Microsoft Certification are preferable;
• 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience an NGO environment will be an added advantage
• Advance knowledge in document management and SharePoint
• Experience in windows Azure, Active directory 2012 and windows 10.
• Familiar with all the day-to-day aspects of managing
• Familiar with all the day-to day aspects of managing the IT needs of an organisation, with specific areas of the role involving: familiarity with Windows and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Outlook). LAN/WAN infrastructures (routers, modems, switches, etc.): trouble shooting and administering a Microsoft Windows based network (LAN) and servers, good working knowledge of Windows server und domain system configuration, antivirus software for workstations and servers etc.
