INFORMATION and COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (ICTS)
Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from a
recognized university;
• At least three (3) years of hands-on software development experience using Java, PHP, C#,
SQL Server, MySQL Server, NET Framework, ASP.Net, MW, Laravel PHP web
framework, JavaScript,HTML5, CSS3,AngularJS Bootstrap and jQuery
• Experience and knowledge of Web services development RESTful APIs and version control
systems e.g GIT;
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming;
• Object-oriented programming certification;
• Experience with the implementation, maintenance, and support of a software solutions
preferably within agile methodology;
• Mobile application development would be an added advantage.
