ICT SUPPORT OFFICER – Multi-Pay Solutions

BACKGROUND
Multi-Pay Solutions (Private) Limited is an organisation providing management consulting, project management and outsource services within banking and financial services sector. We are seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position.

Duties:
POS Configuration
Machine configuration on settlement engine* Management of transaction identifier module *Maintenance of transaction exception module * Perform initial set-up for integrated POS and Direct Inject payments
Trouble shooting
Provide technical support of terminals *Trouble shooting POS machines in liaison with internal banking systems * External networks management
Query resolution
Query management for all support departments * Transaction management and implementing reversals as applicable

Qualifications and Experience
Degree in ICTI Computer Science or equivalent* 3-5 years relevant experience
