The job entails: 
• Coordinating the recruitment and selection processes
• Maintaining staff records
• Developing and interpreting human resources policies and procedure:;
• Identifying human resources training and development needs and facilitate training and development processes.
• Processing the Payroll
• Handling Industrial relations issues

Qualifications And Experience 
• A Social Science Degree
• Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe Diploma
• Five (5) years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems
