• Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management; Degree in Social Sciences or Human Resources Management will be an added advantage

• Professional qualifications in Human Resources Management; Labour relations experience

• Membership of a relevant professional institution; Computer Literacy

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Class 4 Driver’s license an added advantage
