Job purpose
The primary objective of this internship is to give a recent graduate experience in the practical aspects of all Human Resources practices and procedures at Plan International Zimbabwe .The graduate intern will be responsible for updating HR records, supporting workshops, functions and trainings.
Key responsibilities
Providing Human Resources support as required, at HR outreaches, interviews and meetings; Assisting in creating and updating Employee files; Filing all Human Resources communication and records for easy and quick retrieval of information; Facilitating the submission of registration forms for new staff; Processing of exit clearance documentation for staff leaving the organization; Keeping, updating and managing leave days information; Help with coordinating recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews
Entry qualifications and experienceA Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management (recently graduated); Excellent oral & written communication skills; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines; Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
