*Reports to:* Human Resources Officer
*Location:* Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport x 1, Victoria Falls International Airport x 1
Duties and Responsibilities
– Assists in the recruitment and selection process of new employees.
– Provides secretarial services during interviews and HR staff meetings.
– Maintains inventory of institutional/rented accommodation.
Qualifications and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources management/social science degree.
– Diploma in Personnel Management (IPMZ).
– 1 year of working experience in Human Resources Management.
Skills and Competences
– Knowledge of labour laws and computer literate.
– Good verbal and written communication skills.
