Human Capital Assistant – 2 Posts
Responsibilities
• General Human Capital (HC) Administration in compliance with relevant guidelines, processes and procedures
• Providing quality secretarial services during Disciplinary & Grievance Committee hearings, Station works councils, interviews and other relevant meetings
• Taking a client-oriented and results-focused approach to the day to day Human Capital operations at the Regional Office.
• Providing effective and efficient HC services through support and general guidance to internal clients
• Maintaining and updating staff records periodically.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Higher National Diploma or Degree in Human Capital Management.
• Two years of progressive experience in a Human Capital Management environment.
• Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MsWord, MsExcel, etc.)
• SAP HCM knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
Other Attributes
• Ability to clearly and concisely interpret Human Capital regulations and procedures.
• Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and beyond stipulated hours.
• Unquestionable integrity.
