Key Responsibilities

  • Record and file management – Ensuring accurate, organized, and secure management of physical and electronic records for easy retrieval, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Assisting in recruitment and selection – Supporting the recruitment and selection process by assisting in administrative and logistical tasks to ensure an efficient and professional hiring process.
  • Responding to staff inquiries – Providing timely, accurate, and courteous responses to staff inquiries, ensuring effective communication and support within the organization.
  • Assisting in HR tasks as assigned from time to time – Providing general support to the HR department by undertaking various tasks as assigned, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services.
  • All clerical duties in the Human Resource Department – Supporting the daily operations of the HR department by efficiently performing general clerical and administrative duties in a professional and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Pursuing an Honors Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management, or related degree.
  • Highest degree of confidentiality.
