EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 1 year in human resources with human resources administration background
ESSENTIAL SPECIALIST SKILLS
• Computer Literacy
• Zimbabwean Labour laws
• Service Contracts with suppliers on Medical Aid, Group Life Assurance, Recruitment Agents
• High Analytical Skills.
Personal Traits/Skills/Competency Requirements
- Displayed Knowledge in Human Resources Administration
- Must be self-initiating and should have high personal work standards with strong organising, work planning and scheduling skills, capable of handling large volumes of assignments accurately and thoroughly without losing focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues in a reasonable and mature manner.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, ability to interact harmoniously and effectively with colleagues from diverse disciplines, perspectives, countries and cultures.
