HEALTH SERVICES EXECUTIVE – Cell Insurance 1033 views

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.the principal accountabilities of the job are:

• Management of the medical and health care services offered by Nectacare
• Financial management
• Human resources management
• Duality assurance and risk management
• Business Growth and Profitability
• Refurbishment and continuous maintenance of all health facilities
• Review of legislative regulations and ensuring facilities are licensed.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degrees OR Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
• Management Qualification e.g. Degree in Business Administration DR Health Administration a MUST
• Master of Health Administration OR Master of Business Administration will be an added advantage

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• 5 years relevant experience in the medical and allied industry with 3 years managerial experience.
• Strong medical and healthcare services knowledge and familiarity with business management at a supervisory/ managerial level.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the medical and healthcare regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Innovation orientation
• Commitment to handling private and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
