Job description: Liaison with the functions and kitchen department on functions and any group bookings in the restaurant and conferences, Inspecting the restaurant cleanliness and maintaining the standards and set ups, Duty allocation to waiters and barmen, managing conferences/functions, production and service, maintain safety, health and environmental standards, monitor staff performance, kitchen equipment inspection, issuing stock for usage, Training of new recruited staff
Candidate Specification: Diploma in Food and Beverages, Customer service orientation, People person, Excellent communication skills, Min 3 years’ experience at similar position
