Head of Department for Mathematics – Chisipite Senior School

Advertisement for the position of Head of Department for Mathematics in a premier, independent girls school in Harare.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed person to lead a well-established, large Mathematics Department. Applicants should have a knowledge of current research in Mathematics education for the spectrum of ability including those who are gifted and those with learning differences and dyscalculia. The ability to lead and motivate others is also essential.

Applicants must be familiar with the Cambridge International Examinations system and experienced in teaching IGCSE and Advanced level. Previous experienced teaching at an ATS affiliated school is an advantage. The post will commence in January 2019.
