Job Description: production of both Western and Traditional meals, stock control, menu planning, food presentation techniques, maintain hygiene standards, training and managing kitchen staff, direct and coordinate resources.

Candidate Specification: HND in Professional Cookery, Class 1 journey man, Min 5 GSCE in ordinary level certificate, Min five years in a similar capacity, SHEQ abilities, Menu Planning, Interpersonal and communication skills.
