The main role as Group Retail Head Baker for and FMCH Group in Zimbabwe is to professionalize and implement international best practices into the Group’s Central Bakery (Manufacturing) as well as In-Store Bakeries (Retail Stores).

In essence, to improve production processes, to develop skills both at manufacturing and retail stores as well as implement innovative Bakery & Confectionery product lines that grow sales, drive profitability and build a sustainable Fresh Bakery Business.
