GB Holdings Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated Group Managing Director who can lead the team with an effective business strategy that optimizes the company’s growth.

DUTIES

Manages relationships with key customers and ensures that their product and service requirements are met.
Ensures the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as supply contracts, technical partnerships, or joint ventures.
Serves as the company’s representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees.
customers, the government, and the public.
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent technical, managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any
business operations area.
Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and
budgeting.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
Strategic thinker with business turnaround skills.
Knowledge of the rubber and chemical industry will be distinct advantage.

Education and Experience:

Extensive professional experience in leadership roles with a publicly quoted company.
A relevant first degree from an accredited University, preferably in Engineering: followed with an advanced degree in business administration, marketing or finance is required.
