Requirements
*At least 7(seven) years’ experience in a law firm/public service/other.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to negotiate.
* Ability to work independently.
* Self-driven.
* Resourceful.
* Timely and Results oriented.
* High multi-task proficiency.
* Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing) is a must.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting Commercial Agreements within 3 (three) working hours.
2. Attending regular management committee meetings on a daily basis.
3. Maintaining a record of all meetings held by the management committee.
4. Reporting to the shareholder(s) regarding the company affairs.
5. Attending all Board Meetings.
6. Dealing with general day to day commercial and operational legal inquiries from the business units/departments across the company network;
7. Reviewing, drafting, advising and negotiating commercial/corporate contracts;
8. Undertaking general corporate work (such as registration and liquidation of companies, share transfers, etc.) and maintaining up-to-date corporate documents of the entities he/she oversees;
9. Dealing with and advising on all legal and regulatory matters;
10. Reviewing all legal matters, analyzing facts and coordinating with external lawyers;
11. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
12. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
