Group Executive: Marketing & Corporate Affairs (Financial Services Sector) 784 views

Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer the incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing and corporate affairs (brand reputation management) strategies for the Group and effectively managing all marketing, advertising, service quality, market & product promotion, public relations and corporate communications activities in support of the Group’s overall strategy.

To design and implement annual strategic marketing plan for the Group.Develop digital innovative strategies to drive business and brand growth .Align marketing strategies with the business goals of the Organisation.Actively promote brand visibility for the organisation and brand consistency throughout the Group.Increase brand presence through various activities for increased recall, recognition.Recommend product promotions, enhancements in line with market trends and monitor product performance and make recommendations to business .Advertise and promote Group products competitively using appropriate medium.Develop and implement digital marketing tools.Enhance key customer relations through executive CRM activities .Manage all Group corporate eventsManage media relations to protect the Organisation’s Brand Image.Manage corporate communications across the Group and externally.Identify and recommend opportunities for building effective relationships with strategic business partners.Take complete responsibility for the development and acceptance of challenging but realistic objectives and plans by immediate subordinates and help them to achieve desired results.

QualificationsMust be a holder of a Marketing or Business Studies degree and an MBA/MBL or a professional marketing qualification.Must be a seasoned marketing expert with at least 6 years experience at a Senior Managerial level in a substantial Organisation.

Prefered SkillsMust be a vibrant and dynamic personality with a lot of energy.Strong leadership skills, plus ability to build and foster a positive team environment.

Must have initiative, drive and possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Should have a demonstrable track record of achievement.
