City of Mutare has a Vision of being a City of excellent Municipal service delivery and prime investment destination by 2030. As the Capital of Manicaland Province and Zimbabwe’s Gateway to the sea, and the jewel of the east. We therefore, have a mandate to provide quality Municipal services at a competitive cost to our customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for young, ambitious, committed and highly motivated graduates to undergo an intensive 3 year graduate learners hip program.
We arc therefore inviting applications from graduates who possess the following degree qualifications or their equivalents to fill the vacant posts of Graduate Trainees.

1. Engineering, Technical Services x4
Civil/Mechanical Engineering

2. Housing and Community Services x2
Local Governance/Political Science, Social Sciences, Horticulture. Library and Information Sciences, Public Administration. Development Studies, and Sports degree. Records and Archiving Management

3. Finance and Auditing x2
Management Accounting/ Accounting, Financial Engineering, Valuations and Estates Management, Business Administration Degree.

4. Health Services x2 Public Health and Environmental Health.

5. Human Resources x 1 Social Sciences/Human Resources Management degree

6. ICT x1 Computer Science./ Computer Engineering, Information Technology. and Computer Science degree

7. Legal Services x1
Bachelor of Laws lions (LLBS) degree

Requirements
• Relevant degree with at least lower second (2.2) class
• A minimum of 3 “A” levels in the relevant Subjects.
• A Minimum of 5 “0” Levels including Mathematics and English with a Grade C or better.
• Trainees to undertake supervised professional qualifications in their respective fields during training period.
• Not above 25 years.
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Commitment, Integrity, Transparent and ability to grasp concepts quickly
• Highly adaptable to the City’s Unique and dynamic environment
