Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a two (2) year fixed-term training programme
- Sign and adhere to a two (2) year training contract
- Undergo departmental rotations as assigned
- Engage in mentorship and on-the-job development programmes
- Develop specialized skills in the relevant field of study (Finance, HR, Engineering, Food Safety, Instruments, Production, Sales and Marketing, or Quality Control)
Requirements
- Honor’s degree in Accounting (for Finance field)
- Honor’s degree in HR (for HR field)
- Honor’s degree in Electrical engineering (for Electrical field)
- Honor’s degree Food Science and Technology (for Food Safety field)
- Honor’s degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering (for Instruments field)
- Honor’s degree Chemical engineering / Mechatronics Engineering (for Production field)
- Honor’s degree Sales and Marketing (for Sales and Marketing field)
- Honor’s degree Food Science / Applied Chemistry (for Quality Control field)
- Relevant Degree with at least upper second (2.1) degree class
- 23 years and below
- Must have at least 5 O levels including Math’s and English
- Communication skills and team skills
- Highly adaptable
