Job Title: Graduate Trainee Occupational Assessments
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of assessment sessions, including scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics.
- Learn and apply assessment scoring methods, data interpretation, and reporting techniques under supervision.
- Support HR and assessment teams in conducting interviews, group exercises, and evaluation sessions.
Requirements
- Degree in psychology 2:1 or Better
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy firm, is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
