Successful candidates will undergo a structured training and development programme across the following business units:

Finance

Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB)
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Must be 28 years of age or below at the time of application.

Demonstrated academic excellence and a strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in financial services.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
