GENERAL MANAGER – FARM OPERATIONS
Location: Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

Reports To: Group Executive / CEO
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our integrated agricultural operation comprising the Farm, Hatchery, Feedmill, Workshop, Fleet and Technical Services. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on, commercially minded individual with a passion for operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across farm, hatchery, feedmill, workshop and technical services.
- Ensure efficient production, high product quality and cost control.
- Drive maintenance excellence and maximum equipment availability.
- Manage budgets and financial performance.
- Lead, develop and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ensure biosecurity, safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agricultural Management, Agribusiness, Poultry Science, Agricultural Engineering or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (an advantage).
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in commercial farming or integrated agricultural operations.
- Proven experience in a senior management role.
- Experience with hatchery and/or feedmill operations (highly desirable).
- Experience managing workshop, fleet or maintenance functions.
- Valid and clean driver’s licence.
