SUMMARY OF ROLES

a. Initial analysis of clients financial status and processing of loans.

b. Effective client relationship management and processing applications.

c. Loan product sales and revenue growth maintaining a quality loan book.

d. Submit client records, credit history KYC information.

e. Reviewing loan applications and recommending for approval.

f. Continuously updating clients records.

g. Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendations.

h. Support clients in identifying their goals and to find ways of reaching them through loans support and understanding client revenue cycle.

KEY RESULT AREA

a. New clients signed up each month and repeat business maintained.

b. Contribution to sustainable revenue growth.

c. Communicate feedback on client needs and contribute to client focused product innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/ Degree in commercial related field.

2. Solid understanding of direct / indirect lending practices.

3. Should have working experience in sales and marketing.

4. Clean drivers licence is an added advantage.
