Key Responsibilities

  • Support licensing and supervision of payment providers, digital banks, fintech platforms, and digital asset service providers
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks
  • Develop fintech regulations, digital asset frameworks, and innovation guidelines
  • Design and implement a regulatory sandbox
  • Promote opportunities in digital payments, blockchain, tokenisation, and embedded finance
  • Build relationships with startups, developers, and technology firms and support onboarding of fintech firms
  • Support innovation across banking and capital markets
  • Monitor global fintech trends
  • Operational of the Fintech licensing framework
  • Launch of regulatory sandbox

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technology related field
  • 2-5 years in fintech, digital finance, or technology
  • Postgraduate qualifications is an added advantage
  • Relevant certifications is preferred
  • Understanding of payments, APIs, and blockchain
  • Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems
  • Experience in startup, tech, or financial institution is preferred
