JOB DESCRIPTION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions of  Finance Director at Costpull Investments Pvt Ltd.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Leading the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Ensuring that all the budgets are developed. reviewed. and corrective action undertaken timeously
• Preparing and presenting medium- and long- lean financial plans.
• Preparing tax plans for the company so that the business meets its financial and legal obligations.
• Developing all the financial policies and procedures into comprehensive manuals.
• Implementing computerised financial management and accounting systems.
• Developing. implementing and enforcing effective management accounting politics as prescribed by public financial management laws.
• Establishing adequate financial controls, which ensure the credibility of financial information of the Authority;
• Managing all the revenue and surplus accruing to the company.
• Initiating and implementing programmes to reduce costs in order to make the operations of the Authority more financially viable.
• Providing the Director General and the Board with technical expertise in finance matters.
• Timely production of financial statements that comply with Government standards.

Skills and qualifications

• Accounting or MBA degree with 7 years’ experience and at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Commercial experience is essential.
• Must have sound knowledge of computerised accounting systems.
• Must have very good business understanding
• Must be familiar with Public Finance Management regulations
• Must be computer literate in MS word. MS Excel. and MS power point.
