Field Officers x8 (Farmer/Producer Group Development & Marketing Facilitator)

A local NGO is seeking to fill these positions. These are fixed term contracts for a period of 6 months. Field Officers’ position are based in the rural areas and one must be willing to stay within the communities.

Qualifications and requirements
At least a diploma in agriculture; at least 3 years experience in a rural based development projects; working experience in capacity building of smallholder, medium and progressive rural farmers. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Valid Motor Bike License a must.
