Farm Operations Manager

A rapidly expanding integrated farming business is seeking to employ a Farm Operations Manager.

Incumbent to be skilled and experienced in various enterprises such as Beef Cattle; Poultry; Goat; pastures and crop production

• Relevant Experience in farm management – min 5 years
• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture a prerequisite with high ICT literacy
• Strong written and verbal skills
• People management a must
• Class 4 drivers licence
• Mature, energetic and be receptive to learning new technologies to help improve productivity and profitability;
• Exceptional team leader with sound work ethic and a flexible attitude, i.e. working long hours.
