Farm Manager

Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and competent persons for the job of Farm Manager.

The candidates should have the following;

• Diploma/Degree in agriculture
• Self-motivated, with ability to motivate others
• Good leadership skills
• Experience in tobacco farming
• Driving license
• Experience of more than 5 years farm managerial position

The job entails, among other duties;

• Manage and oversee all aspects of farm activities including planting, harvesting, grading, irrigation, chemical application and record keeping.
• Supervise farm staff.
• Oversee crop and livestock conditions.
• Prepare financial and operational reports
