Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro-dealers and key customers.
- Identify and develop new business and market opportunities.
- Promote Kenova’s agricultural products and product demonstrations.
- Conduct farm visits, customer engagements and gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor information.
- Work closely with sales, technical and logistics teams to support customer needs.
- Contribute towards achieving sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Holder of a Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Protection, or a related agricultural field, with good knowledge of agro-chemicals and agricultural products.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in agriculture, agro-chemicals, sales or business development.
- Strong communication, networking and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Valid Driver’s Licence is required.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
