Our client within the refrigeration manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a Factory Manager to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate must meet the minimum requirements listed below and possess the ability to execute the key responsibilities that follow.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on factory managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in production engineering or relevant qualification.
• Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems and Operation Management would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and management experience.
• Proficient in developing and implementing lean production methodology.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience.
