We are looking for a licenced Organisation or Individual Agent, to stand in as our Export Agent. There is NO room for chancers. This will be based on contractual terms for, as and when there is need for the service. Duties And Responsibilities

Agents to fulfil the following, among others.

• Shipment Load planning and tracking

• Export Documentation preparation and validation – to be completed accurately and timeously

• Validate costs against all shipments for exports

• Creation of a simplistic export system that is efficient and effective

• Commercial and private individual export clearances

• Customs clearance for exports

• Manage export stocks security

• Periodic documentation verification in line with NHS/AGS and ZIMRA guidelines

• Keep up to date on relevant legislation and regulations

• Supporting with airfreight and transportation of export

• Confirmation of Vessel bookings with forwarding agents

• Arranging container inspections with local authority agents

• Schedule pre-shipment clearance timeously

• Submitting docs to various authorities as required e.g AGS/ ZIMRA

• Submission of clearing documentation (Instruction) exports

• Maintain export files (hard copy and or soft copy) and traceability of records

• Maintain export schedule and other statistical and cost data for ad hoc export reporting

Qualifications And Experience

Requirements

Qualified and certified freight and logistics handlers (Company or Individual)

Proof of Networks and contacts within the fields of interest is a must

5- 10 years plus years’ experience in Export Coordination/ Control with Air Zimbabwe/NHS/ AGS is a MUST

Must be an individual or Company with ability to deliver based on track record

Credible references are a must and will be vetted and verified
