Executive Administrator 

The job is responsible for the following: 
• Financial reporting.
• Budgeting planning and control.
• Treasury management.
• Tax planning and compliance.
• Risk management and loss control
• Corporate service for the board of directors.

• Customer relationship management.
• Managing, outsourcing services and equipment,
• Planning and organising events.
• General office administration,
• Any other duties as assigned by chairman.

The Candidate should have: 
• CIS, CAA and MBA.
• A degree in accounting or chartered accounting an added advantage.
• ICDL is an added advantage
• Candidates should have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• At least 5 years’ experience in dealing with senior management and directors
