Background and Purpose of Evaluation

An organization, seeks the services of a consultant to conduct an end of project evaluation.

Required expertise and qualification
The Evaluator shall have the following expertise and qualification:
At least masters degree in Peace Studies, International Development, International Relations, Monitoring and Evaluation, or any other relevant university degree; Extensive expertise, knowledge, and experience in the field of transitional justice in Zimbabwe; At least 10 years of experience in working with international organizations and donors.
