Requirements:
MSc Engineering Management, Structural or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
10-15 years experience with focus on Multidisciplinary Design Management (teams consisting of greater than 10 employees working in different engineering disciplines)
• Experience managing the design process for large scale infrastructure development projects (value of USD 5M plus)
• Proven experience implementing world class design management systems
Demonstrated ability to overcome highly complex design issues

Note: this is an Executive level position.

It should therefore be noted that salary is calculated to cover only basic living costs.
Majority of earnings will come from long term profit share.
