Drivers’ Trainer

CROSS COUNTRY CONTAINERS (PVT) LTD
We are inviting applications from suitably qualified persons with thorough grasp of the day-to-day functions of a Drivers’ Trainer.

Key responsibilities of the position will include:- 

• Training of our company drivers both oral and practical,
• Implementation of training programmes
• Maintaining of records and files.

Knowledge, skills and attributes required: 

• Clean Class 2 driver’s licence and Class I will be an added advantage
• Defensive driving Certificate
• Certified Driving Instructor Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe
• Certified to teach Defensive Driving Course
• Left hand drive International Freightliner trained
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Team player
• Well-developed reporting writing skills Competence in computer packages
