District Managers
The post holder will represent UMCOR Zimbabwe at the district level with responsibility to ensure effective operation of the field office(s), communication and coordination with stakeholders and quality of programs. The District Manager will lead the programme and operations teams with technical support from the Senior Management Team in Harare. The post holder will be expected to set an example for the team and maintain the standards established by UMCOR.

Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, Social Sciences or related qualification
• Master’s degree in the above fields will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience of agricultural livelihoods, asset creation, electronic cash transfers, resilience and WASH programming is desirable.
