Dispatch Officers – ZUPCO

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

• Ensuring effective bus scheduling.
• Monitoring performance Of Conductors on revenue collection.
• Monitoring fuel performance of buses.
• Conducting bus inspections for Compliance  Issues.
• Organizing staff buses where necessary.
• Monitoring fuel utilization Of buses.
• Liaison With Drivers and Bus Operators.
• Returning faulty buses to Operators.
• Producing daily reports on dispatching buses.
• Reporting on any misconduct from Conductors and Drivers.
• Liaising with Inspectors and Destination Monitors.
• Ensuring quality security Of buses and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Transport Management or any equivalent qualification.
• At least three years relevant experience.
• Proven knowledge of SAP ERP System will be an added advantage.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft office Package [Word, Excel & PowerPoint]
