Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the Real Estate Investments Trusts division of the Company Roll out the implementation of the newly developed Real Estate Investments Trusts products.

•Develop implementation systems in the department. Advertise and market the Real Estate Investment Trusts Products and popularise them in the market. •Create a database for all members of the trusts Scheme. •Continuously review and improve the Real Estate Investments Trusts products. • Ensure that the Real Estate Investments Trusts scheme is well insured to avoid any loss to both the company and the clients. •In liaison with other departments, ensure that the Real Estate Investments Trusts are well invested to guarantee a return of the in-vestments to the company. • Exceptional Corporate Finance and fund management expertise • Ability to be innovative and develop new products in the real estate investments sector Sound knowledge of gilt edged investment decisions and mandates

Qualificationsf Requirements •Bachelors Degree in Economics, •Banking, Investment Finance Masters degree in Economics, •Banking, Investment or Finan,e. MBA MBL Extensive experience in Corporate Funds •Fund Management, Investment banking Insurance Pensions Property Management experience is an added advantage.
