The role:
To oversee and direct the Finance Administration and Human Resource division of the company including establishing finance , administrations and human resource systems and controls of the company in line with the company’s vision, mission and playing a central role in the achievement of the organisation’s strategic goals.
Major duties and responsibilities.
Oversee, manages and directs the organisation’s finance, administrations and human resources division.
Setting up finance administration and human resource systems and control in line with International Financial Reporting Standards and other relevant standards.
Produce periodic accounts presenting same to the Board’s Finance Committee.
Attend to all audit queries timeously.
Liaise with the organisation’s bankers for funding opportunities .
Manage organisation’s running cost as to maximise organisation’s profitability.
Responsible for smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resource department and developing a strategic human resource plan and overseeing human resources functions
Taking leadership in developing a culture that enables employee to perform in accordance to the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a reputable University.
A professional qualification such as CA,CIS,CIMA,ACCA is preferred.
At least 5 years working experience as a Finance and Administration Director.
Experience in Real Estate Industry, Property Management or Construction is an added advantage.
